Sometimes it seems that in small- and middle-ticket leases, corporate resolutions are an afterthought in the documentation process. It is imperative for the lessor to secure the necessary documents that evidence corporate authority. Without that evidence, the lessor will not be sealing the deal, but sealing its fate.
