(Litton Credit) from Litton Industries, Beverly Hills, CA. At the time of the acquisition, George O. Deehan was president and CEO of Litton Credit. Mr. Deehan continued on in his capacity as president and CEO of the new Metropolitan Life financial services subsidiary.
